Anywas, on Saturday was the (J band (on(ert. It was damn good! Haha. Me, kat and Sze ming went onver to (harlene's house. Kat got there first and I met Sze Ming at Newton and we were talking on the bus and got distra(ted and we missed the bus stop and we wanted to go ba(k but we got lost! haha. So we took a taxi there. And My God, her house is like damn huge! And she has like a damn walk-in wardrobe. I mean I've never ever seen a walk-in wardrobe in real life before and she's got alot of (lothes. I always thought that ri(h people were like snobs but this ri(h girl is damnn ni(e! ((: And were like doing our make-up and all in her r oom and I felt damn
prin(ess like! Haha. Then we ate KF( till like 7-ish. Oh! the thing started at 7 so we were like late! And this first song was 'Lord of The Rings' whi(h was like damnnn long so had to wait outside.
After that, my mom (alled me and demanded me home for some damn odd reason. She wanted me to eat dinner at home. Like.. erm. ok. Haha. So (ouldn't join them for dinner. So yep, that's it.

Anyways, in s(hool last week, Kat was talking about perfe(t mat(hes and guess who was my supposed damn perfe(t mat(h?!?! The guy I hate most at s(hool. Also known as (hokalingam by some friends of mine also known as the guy who doesn't know he's Indian. And he has an Indian name! It's like bleagh! So, I was damn sho(ked and disgusted! But ever sine then, people in my (lass have been making fun of me whenever we (ross paths. BLEAGH.

Listening to this band (alled Angels & Airwaves now! They're totally (ool ! The Tom guy from Blink 182 is the vo(alist/guitarist and the other guitarist is the guy from Box (ar Ra(er also featuring Tom Delonges or whatever. This band not as upbeat as Blink 182 but it's really good! Trust me! They're better that other proje(ts Delonges has been involved in! Listen to the song 'It hurts' if possible. I'll put up the song sooner or later.

This week has probably been the most stressful. So many tests, all of which I was unprepared for. Bleagh. My tamil teacher scolded me this week for a number of reasons. Firstly, I didn't do my homework, I completely forgot about it and secondly she was frustrated with my tamil-speaking or rather the lack of tamil speaking. And then I didn't study for a test and I had to open my big mouth and tell her that I didn't study for it. I mean I've never studied for tami before! I think she thinks it's a miracle that I passed my 'O's with a pass. Oh! Ok,my keyboard's still s[rewed up. The 'See' letter is not working if you get what I mean. I [an't type the letter so I'm going to repla[e it with the ' [' alright? So, [ontinuing, she also s[oldedme for sleeping in [lass. I always sleep during tamil [lass and it really is
un[ontrollable. Bleagh. She said the next time I [lose my eyes, I have to go out of [lass. Totally embarassed, probably think I'm some sla[ker man. Bleagh. Argh. My post looks really ugly using bra[kets and all. Have to probably buy a new one soon! Argh. So mu[h for saving.

I am in a very tired/pissed mood! I had historu homework today. And I was confused half the time. I had to like refer back to the question 10,000 times! Like every 5 seconds, I would go... huh? The turn back to read the question again. Now I keep seeing the words 'Japanese Occupation' in my head now. Bleagh. STUPID JAPANESE. So anyways, my father was slamming Lee Kwan Yew... again! I hate it when he does that! It's super annoying. I mean why doesn't he go live in India or something if he hates Singapore so much? So anyways he said that LKY's only achievement was 'creating a kiasu society'. And I was thinking... it's mostly the post 65-ers who are kiasu. Actually, I think everyone is Kiasu to a certain degree, of course some more than others. Maybe Singaporeans are kiasu because Singapore gives out more free things/discounts/discount coupons than any other country in the world! I am just making up my own facts right now. So please do not believe any statistics I give you from now on! Oh! But this is true though. I remember watching the news when they featured a clip on a sale of Vera Wang wedding gowns somewhere in America. Actually I think they were free. Anyways, they queued for God knows how long! And when the shop opened, they all just rushed in! Huge stampede thing! Seriously. So everyone is kiasu BUT singapore is considered more kiasu than others simply because suppliers are generous.

I think my father is super 'Singaporean' nevertheless along with my mom! Went for my sister band concert at Victoria Concert Hall. So my sister sold tickets to my cousins. But we held on to their tickets and they were late so I had to wait for them quite a while. And the good seats were going out soon so we went in anyways and thought we'd meet them during the interval. So my mom asked me to reserve or 'chope' two seats for them. We were sitting right at the back so I thought no one would come and sit there so I put my bag on the seat beside me. Then more people started coming in and looking for seats. And I thought it was kind of rude to just place your bag there so I took my bag out. Then people took up the 2 reserved seats. And my mom scolded me man! Like what the hell! Typical 'singaporean'. It's their faults for being late. Why deprive others of seats right. bleagh.

OH! Speaking of suppliers... I PASSED MY ECONS TEST! Haha. I only was fully awake for 2 lectures and I passed the test. ((: But I actually studied. But still satisfied. I thought I would fail it actually probably because I was sleeping DURING the test. Oh well! I've got another econs test coming up next week. Gonna be way more complicated than the last one so I have to study alot more. And probably memorise loads of stuff too. BLEAGH.

I am kind of tired. So I guess I'll better get back to omy typical Singaporean life. Doing homework. Bleagh!

I haven't blogged for almost one week man! I have been quite busy. With school work and all.
Academically, it's getting tougher. Lots of deadlines to meet and all but I manage somehow. But, socially I am adjusting. Slowly but surely. lol.

So, alot of things have happened this week. For starters, I lost my wallet AGAIN! There was this Parent-Teacher meeting on Monday, and my parents took ten years to get ready so we took a taxi there so that we'd not be late... obviously. I only took my wallet and phone along. Then someone messaged me in the taxi then I put my wallet beside me on the seat and I totally forgot about it until a few minutes after we got out of the cab! I tell you I am the most careless girl alive! Argh. After that my parents kept nagging and nagging and all. BLEAGH. The last time I lost my wallet, it wasn't so bad because firstly I had my ez-link car and secondly, my parents didn't know about it. So it was better to deal with. Anyways, so I called the company up and they asked me to make a police report. So decided to go the next day after school BUT before that my dad called and said that a passenger found my wallet and it was at the Boon Lay Police Post. So, my dad said he'd follow me! I tell you the relief and joy when I heard that they found me wallet!

I think I've lost my wallet in every possible place. Toilet, Theatre, Bus, Taxi, School. Except the train. But I don't take the train so I won't be losing it anytime soon. ((:

Anyways, going out with my dad alone was super awkward! I think it was my first time going out with him alone! I was super quiet. Tried to sleep bu couldn't. Really awkward! Then I thought about when I was younger. When I still slept in my sisters' room. He would come to our room and tell us stories, those Thomas Hardy ones like Jude the Obscure, The Mayor Of Catorbridge and all. I think that's how I developed and interest in books. After my PSLE results, everything just stopped and I felt guilty for depriving my sisters a proper relationship with my father. Sure, everything is better now than when compared to 2 yrs ago and I'm grateful and all. But I want something more. Actually, sometimes, I think he knows me better than anyone else and favours me over everyone else but doesn't show it. I've always had this secret desire to get a new piano. I never ever told my sisters nor did I tell my mom because I thought it was selfish to spend 3000 bucks on one person. But when I see pianos i n shopping centres and all, I get super excited. And my dad asked me one day, if I wanted a new piano. Just like that. Without any warning. I said yes of course but I told I would be satisfied with a second hand piano. So, I might be getting a piano very soon! ((:
