"These 20 years have gone by so fast. It feels as though we got married not too long ago. Thanks for being a good and understanding wife. LOVE!"

This is the message my dad sent to my mom on their 20th wedding anniversary on 11/5/2006. Although, my dad didn't come up with some kind of poem. This is probably the sweetest thing I've ever heard. I don't know why. When my mom showed my dad the message, my heart just like whoa. I'm so lucky to have parents like them. They have their shortcomings but when you read messages like those... it's like whoa. This is probably the sweetest thing my dad has ever said probably. My dad's not too good with words, or rather expressing his feelings and whatsoever. My dad's basically some kind of rock. haha. Yeah, so when I read that message my mom showed to me... I was basically shocked. See what love can do. Bleagh. Just rambling and all.

So it has been 20 years. I'd say that's really long. Some marriages can't even last 2 years. And my mom I tell you will pamper my dad with like shirts and ermm. other stuff. My dad doesn't buy shirts for himself at all. Haha. I tell you, they're damn sweet. And my dad's become less of a rock lately. The more open and loving I act with them, the less of a rock he becomes. At least that's what my mom says. You know to think, this marriage is an arranged marriage. It's just wow. Maybe having an arranged marriage ain't as bad. BUT I'd rather fall in love ((: I do hope love comes my way... not now. but eventually before 25? Possible? God, I hope so.

Anyways, I'm supposed to be doing history assignment now. Took a rather long break. Bleagh. I better get back. OH!
