Ok, with all the new research assignment, more tutorial outlines and promos and other stressful stuff coming up. I have come up with
Ten Ways To De-Stress. Hope you find them useful yes.
Top 10 Ways to De-Stress10. Have a blog.- It helps you to vent all your frustration and anger just by punching the keys on your keyboard. Pretty effective I say. 9. Eat!- I don't know why or how eating helps you de-stree, but certainly works for me. Well, until I look in the mirror and see how fat I've become and then you have something else to stress about. But in the short-term though, it works. Try Chicken-flavoured twisties8. Think about what you have accomplished so far. - This serves mainly as a morale booster, but helps you to stopp worrying for a while. However, don't get too carried away. There's still much more work to be done and what you've accomplished is just a small part of it. Well, for me it is.7. Think about Jonathan Leong or whoever your eyecandy/ boyfriend is.- Again, another temporary de-stresser. For Jon Leong fans, go to youtube and watch 'Dance with my father'. Definitely works! Heh. For others, well I'm sure you'll either see them in school well in magazines? Heh. Again, don't get too carried away.6. Think of ways to kill Shan Wee.- Or whoever you hate like hell. Usually works as a type of break or whatsoever. Rather good de-stresser especially when you're so tired.5. Don't listen to Shan Wee's 11-2 show.- You'll start thinking of 101 ways to kill Shan Wee which then distracts you from your work and when that happens. It usually amounts to stress which totally defeats your purpose.4. Watch Soap Operas.- You get so involved in their drama that you channel all your stress into the show and since it's one hour everyday, you get a break too! 3. Don't dread upcoming deadlines, look forward to them.- The sooner the deadline, the sooner you're stress-free. So just finish your work (with some quality of course) and you'll soon be stress-free. Usually works.2. Play the piano or whatever kind of music you play, even farting? - Simply because it takes your mind off things. And your mind's at ease.Warning: If you're not good, then don't play. More frustration amounts to more stress.1. Listen to music.- My best de-stresser. However, avoid angry/ metal music when you're stressed. You don't need headaches or tears while studying. My advice is to listen to Copeland. Maybe I'll have another list of Top ten songs to listen to de-stress soon. Until then. Byee ((:
