Ok, the long-awaited little lesson about designer jeans is here. Haha.
Maybe, it's not so long-awaited but definitely for me.
Gosh, I feel super enlightened.

Citizens of Humanity.
Citizens of Humanity sells both mens' and womens' jeans, and womens' skirts as well. Their jeans are marked with a signature twisted "h" on their back pockets.
Citizens of Humanity's jeans are noted for their universal fit. Unlike other designer brands, the Humanity waistband is not contoured, making it much more accomodating. Some jeans are stretch (2%) but most remain rigid (100% cotton). Overall, Humanity jeans are clean, simple, and basic.

Seven For All Mankind / 'Sevens'.
Michael Glasser and Jerome Dahan started the 7 for All Mankind brand in early 2000. The two partners brought in Peter Koral of L'Koral for financial backing. Dahan and Glasser, denim designers who had worked in the apparel industry for years, created the company in response to what they saw as a void in the contemporary denim market. Fashion denim had not been seen in the United States for over 20 years and the most popular style for apparel was baggy, street-inspired jeans. Focusing on women's denim bottoms, the company enjoyed near-overnight success because of the fit, fabrics, washes, attention to detail, and the iconic swooping logo that adorned the product's back pockets. A myriad of designer denim upstarts followed Seven in Los Angeles, making it the world center for casual fashion.
Ok, so that's all for now. There're only 3 now. Will find more if there's a need to.
That is when I have more money. Since all these brands cost a minimum of probably SGD200.00. So you know. Haha.
But it's motivation enough to start saving alot of money.
